We relocated to Florida from Colorado in 2014, to accept an employment offer from a company in Boca Raton.  We decided to rent a home the first year we lived here, in order to give us time to become more familiar with the area before making a purchase decision.  We were fortunate to be referred to Nancy Gefen.  We had a long list of requirements, and she was able to quickly find a rental home that met all of them.  Several months later, when we were ready to buy a home, we again turned to Nancy.  She showed us several properties, and listened carefully to what we liked and didn’t like in each one, enabling her to determine exactly which neighborhoods would suit us.  We found exactly what we were looking for in less than a month.  Nancy handled the contract negotiations professionally, and she and her partner, Kathy Green, were readily available for all inspections, etc.  leading up to closing.  They also provided a list of preferred vendors for any work we wanted done after closing.  Nancy Gefen and Kathy Green have exceptional knowledge of the Palm Beach County real estate market.  They are also wonderful to work with.  We would recommend this team without hesitation.
