Prior to transitioning into real estate, Nancy was a well-respected CPA in the South Florida area. In her free time, this mother of three enjoys being active and volunteering for several local charity groups. Kathy, who grew up on Boca, has a background in high-end hospitality and pharmaceutical sales. She is the proud mother of two, enjoys tennis and golf, and is a member of the Board of Directors for The Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County.
Nancy Gefen
With a professional background, dedication to her client’s needs and unparalleled knowledge of this community, Nancy Gefen has been a top-producing agent for almost 20 years in South Florida. Prior to this she was a well-respected CPA with several firms in the South Florida area.
Born in Boston, Nancy grew up in Hollywood, Florida and graduated from the University of Florida before earning her Masters of Accounting from the University of Miami. Upon moving to Boca Raton as a newlywed, she worked for a large local CPA firm while starting a family. Seeking a change of pace to match her high energy and enthusiastic personality, Nancy embarked on a real estate career in 2001 at the urging of her husband – a local real estate attorney – and never looked back!
Along with Kathy Green, her partner of 15 years, the Gefen & Green Team has established themselves as one of the most successful and dynamic duos in this area.

A mother of three, Nancy enjoys an active lifestyle of running, tennis and skiing in Colorado. She is also very involved in giving back to the community and volunteers her time quite extensively to several local charitable boards.
Kathy Green
With a background in Hotel Catering and Convention Services at the Willard Intercontinental in Washington DC and The Breakers, Palm Beach and Pharmaceutical Sales for Johnson & Johnson/ Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Kathy has unerring skill at finding the perfect balance between sales, marketing and product value. She is detailed oriented and customer focused. Kathy understands that client satisfaction is paramount, whether buying or selling a home. Her record as a Top Producer, with her partner Nancy Gefen, for 13+ years, with a business built exclusively on client referrals, is a testament to her success in not only meeting her clients’ needs, but more importantly, in exceeding their expectations.
Kathy has lived and worked in Florida for 35+ years and has extensive knowledge of the best properties and communities that South Florida has to offer. Kathy moved to Boca Raton from Boston when she was 13 years old and attended St. Andrew High School and is a graduate of Emory University. She has been married to Ken for 25 years, a Maryland native. On a personal note, Kathy is extremely proud of her two children Alexa and Andrew. Both children graduated from Spanish River High School. Alexa graduated Dartmouth College and lives in Washington DC and Andrew attends the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan . Aside from her family, her passions include tennis, golf, reading, the beach and outdoor activities. Kathy is extremely involved in philanthropy and sits on the Board of Directors for The Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County.
